SHEET METAL

Sheet metal shop is a place where sheets of different thickness are converted into useful products with the help of sheet metal hand opeator and different operators (cutting,forming,joining) where production by other method is complicated or uneconomical.

WELDING SHOP

Welding is a process of joining two similar or dissimilar metals by fusing, with or without the use of filter metals and with or without the use of pressure.


TOOLS USED IN WELDING SHOP

welding screen , electrode holder, wire brush,hand shield,cable lug, chipping hammer,earthing clamp light type.


FITTING SHOP

In fittig shop the unwanted surface material is removed from the workplace with the help of hand tool formating repair and manufacturing purpose.

Crimping tool, measuring and marking tools, cutting tool, striking tool.


CYLINDRICAL GRINDER MACHINE
It is used to grind cylindrical surface by the abrassor action of a high speed grinding wheel. The machine is used 
external and internal grinding.

SMITHY SHOP
This is a process by which heated metal is shaped the application of sudden blows or steady pressure and
 characteristicks of plasticity material is made use of. this is also known as forging shop. this is the 
oldest manufacturing process.

CARPENTARY SHOP
This is a proces of making wooden goods and components viz floors, partitions dors etc with the help 
of carpentery shop.
